Great breakfast ,great staff, pool was warm so we could swim

My wife and I cannot say enough about this brand new hotel where hospitality excels to the highest level. Staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay would be great and it was!

Your woman at the front desk was fabulous. Our GPS had us going everywhere but your parking lot. We was very helpful in getting us there. And when we checked out she and I were laughing and going on like we had known each other for years. She is a keeper.

There isnt enough signage by the road. The hotel is a ways back and our GPS was not helpful either. We had to use the next doors day cares address to find the hotel.

Bed could be a little more comfortable

The hotel was brand new when I stayed so everything felt sparkling clean. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was awful. I expected more from this hotel than sugary cereals and greasy bacon. Nothing healthy except for bananas and apples. The banana I got was not fresh. I also expected higher quality coffee.

Everything was great.

Ran out of parking spaces. Parked overnight in daycare learning center. Lateral parking truck with trailer, occupied 5 spaces

Everything is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is still being finished so there was painters tape on the wall, paint on one of the comforters, and large moving blankets hanging in the elevators. In the bathroom, the “door” to the shower only half covered the shower and water splashed all over the floor. Seemed a little hazardous. Disappointed there wasn’t a tub.

It has all the amenities we need for our 21-day stay. It was our home away from home

Cleanliness was generally good but was a bit of an issue during the holidays

Overlooking highway 27, lots of cafes, fast food, and other stores nearby. It’s a brand new building, it’s clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and Frontdesk staff are amazing.

Housekeeping. No matter how many times we kindly request the Frontdesk staff or even housekeeping staff to replace the towels and do our beds, they fail to do so. Breakfasts is inconsistent. We wake up everyday not knowing what’s for breakfast. Those were the only 2 inconveniences that we faced.

Very clean, comfortable and nice. It’s near my daughter so I’d definitely stay again.

The coffee is yucky tasting

Breakfast has been very nice and lots of choices. Friendly staff. Location has been prefect for us. Close to family.

Keeping coffee hot. Those pots don’t keep it hot enough. Juice machine not working most of time.

We did not have breakfast. None of the food was kosher

I asked for a wakeup call and did not get one. I had an important meeting and could have missed it. Some small cereal packs or uncut fruit such as bananas would have given us breakfast choices as we only eat kosher food. Since the hotel advertises breakfast included, that would have helped make our stay better.

It wasn't just a regular room. It had a kitchen, big bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Like a tiny home. Best room I've ever booked by far.

We could only get 1 key card. That was the only negative.

The whole story is in very good conditions. The temperature was great. The facilities where in great conditions. We had a blast of a time. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the cookies, scramble eggs, oatmeal. I love the gymnasium, it was very clean and had all the essentials, for our short stay. I loved the pool, it was refreshing.

I will write suggestions. I the room yous should leave a cortesy of 2 bottles of water. A fruit infuse water fountain in the lobby, such as cucumber, ginger, lemon, strawberry, etc. This will give you a fresh start for those would drink water as sson as they open there eyes.

I don't know the name of the gentleman that helped me out.When I came in, I checked in around midnight and he was very nice and helped me out very cheery for that hour of the day
