Hampton Inn & Suites Clermont

First staff are not very welcoming at all. The lady at breakfast area is so rude and keeps starring at the customers how they handle food. Second, the hotel claims they room every other day, but when they clean it, they don't clean beds or sheets.

Nothing in particular, it?s what I expected

Internet speed was slower than molasses, did a speed check and registered at a 10, that?s not a typo, a 10. I have Verizon at 300.

Lovely large room, comfortable bed and pillows, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

We would?ve liked the breakfast to have been available until 10:00 AM (but, they did not close up exactly at 9:00, so we stayed a little longer.) Also, there were no drawers for unpacking clothes (but, packing up was easier!)

The staff kept all areas clean of trash and was nicely ordered with a delicious breakfast option.

The pool is small and the the snack selection at the desk is limited. Also the mini fridge doesn't have freezer and there isn't a safe.

The wall a/c was quiet until it cycled on and off. Bathroom needs more towel racks. Toilet tissue holder was located in an incovenient position.

Manager isn¿t that nice when I checked in. I asked For room that hasn¿t had dogs and she rudely said All rooms allowed to have pets¿ ok¿¿¿.. for The price you pay it¿s not worth it but it worked For what was needed

When arriving at 1AM the Receptionist was extremely pleasant and welcoming.

Great pool in the sun, breakfast is awesome

They now allow pets.. so the room smelled like animals. When I checked out they told me I should have said something and tney would have moved me. They state they never use to allow animals and this was new to them as well.

Clean. Fairly new. Nice place.

1. The address of the motel is on Highway 50. There is NO entrance on Highway 50. Had to call to figure out how to get there. 2. TV was difficult to navigate. They sent up a person to help, but that person knew less than I did. No help. 3. Tried to buy

Desk personnel are very nice. hotel employee is especially gracious. The free breakfast is outstanding and very generous.

I hate the bedspreads they use on the beds. they are too heavy. I would perfer if they just uses blankets instead. the breakfast selection wasn't the best as well as the coffee wasn't great either.

Location & Cleanliness were very good.

There was no WiFi. They said that the entire street was out but it was only the hotel. I could have gone across to the street to Panera Bread for WiFi but they lied to me so I had no WiFi and my kids were very upset & I used all of my data.

Nice property, close to everything, staff is inattentive, leave signs at the desk saying they will return soon, leaving customers to stand in the lobby waiting. Staff needs to be more attentive to customers coming and going.

Staff is very inattentive. They act like they dont like their jobs. Noticed this on more than one occasion.

Did not like the fact that when my room was ready at 1:30 pm, I was charged $25 dollars to check in early. No more Hampton Inns for me.

Updated and contemporary décor. The kitchen area with an additional sink and the pull out couch bed.

I'd rather the sink and mirror be in the same room with the toilet.

Centrally located. I was in town for softball games. I didn't have to travel far to get to them.

Nothing stood out.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was a awesome and a nice surprise.
