Rodeway Inn Clermont North

The rooms had a sliding glass door which made it really easy to bring our belongings in and out of the room. It was also really convenient when I needed to walk my service dog.

We couldn't get the TV to work.

That it has a balcony

Everything was out of order and no place to wash clothes and then had kids running through the hallway all not they where speaking Spanish all night Long until about one then

Bed was fine. Good strong water pressure in shower. Everything was worn but clean and functional.

Not really the hotels fault, but this is the kind of place where you can expect to smell cigarette and/or pot smoke constantly. The bar has obviously been closed for quite a while. Also be forewarned this hotel is relatively isolated.

It is the cleanest hotel in the world!

Most of the outlets did not work in the room. So I had to take the one lamp that could be moved and try all outlets in order to get light other than the bathroom and the hall.

nothing-wasn't as advertised

room dated, foul, musty smell--floor wet & dirty--unclean bedding--uncomfortable with how secure the facility, our belongings and our life would be. Customer service not taken seriously--not offered another room and refused refund as we did not stay.

Room smelled like wet dogs, pillows were flatter than a pancake. Vending was quite expensive

The hotel room need upgrading the bathroom didn¿t have a table or a chair to sit on, and it had a smell

It need to be updated, their was no hangers for you clothing and no chair and bathrooms had no way to hang yours towel on change of clothes.

Location was ideal. The room was quite satisfactory for the price paid

Our room had a king bed, which one would assume two people would occupy the room. However there was only one chair in the room, and this made it inconvinent.

Very loud all night no hot water even at midnight . genetic coffee bar.no extra anything in the room no blankets no iron etc

They had a Roof and 4 walls

Male staff and black female very rude.

The room was NEVER cleaned or the bathroom equipment changed in my 5 nights there. The TV only worked with one channel.

No restaurant, no room service cleaning.

For the price I was very surprised. I liked the 24 hour check in and surveillance

The sliders could use some love

Pool was closed, bar and grill was closed, ice machine was broken, coke machine was out of order, washer and dryer were out of order. Lack of amenities and maintenance were very poor....

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Kind of dated. Could use some upgrades

The space

The bed was terrible. Squeaky noise every time you turn and a sinking hole in the middle of the bed. A lot of hair in the bathroom and it wasn¿t smelling fresh and clean. Shower was nasty.

The motel is in poor shape. The king size mattress in room was sunken in the middle -- I afelt I was sleeping on the side of a hill. I asked that it be replaced -- it never was. The bathroom sink did no drain. The hairdryer did not

Clean.... and friendly.

All was good. 2nd time to stay there in the last 3/4 weeks.

I arrived at 2pm, check in was at 3pm even thought was ready they said there would be a 25.00 fee at that time, so I had to come back in an hour to avoid the fee!

Balcony doors did not lock in either of the rooms. Not a safe feeling. Tv had one channel.
