- Location
- The room was great. Bed was hard for my preference but it was clean
- The room was spacious and comfortable!
Cons -
- The beds are awful. May just as well sleep on the concrete floor. Only provided two towels for a family suite when there are five family members. AC was a set temperature an could not go up or down.
- The pool was heated. Like very heated to the point it was gross to be in there on a hot day. It's Florida, it's hot, we want a cold pool to cool off in not a giant hot tub. There was this ont front desk worker, female with glasses, she was extremely rude.
- Staff was rude; parking was charged in addition to taxes; Room was freezing; heat did not work; no blankets in room; had to request space heater; other than that, it was great (not)
