- The convenience of how close it was to port.

- Nice hotel. Comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons -
- Rude staff, overpriced, keys didn’t work on day 2, I called ahead to say we would be arriving around 3am and then couldn’t even check in because he was “running the audit” and he was very rude about it
- A bit pricey.
- The room smelt musty anyone with asthma would not be able to resist smell and the bed had dry blood spots and sheets felt damp, the couch was very worn looked dirty and the decorative pillow also seemed damp. Also the location isn’t near much, if you don’t have a car there isn’t much you can do. The room we were switched too was a little better on smell but still wasn’t great. The shower door did not close fully and the floor had dust balls. I was too tired to complain again and we were just there for some hours after arriving from cruise and having to leave at 2:30am. Just settled

The size of the room and our welcome agent.
