I liked the location, and the room is nice. However I had the worst experience I ever had in my entire life with any hotel. the aggressive language from Hotel employee , hostile tone, and confrontational behavior. I felt unsafe and considered calling the police.

Hotel employee at the front desk was rude and confrontational when I politely requested a complimentary water. His tone, language, and behavior were unprofessional. Two guests witnessed it and agreed This was an assault.

Staff was pleasant, room was cooled down already when I arrived, breakfast was delicious

I didn't read the fine print to know parking is $10 until I was told upon arrival

Location was great..

The shower produced a mist every time I showered that covered the bathroom counter and everything, no matter what I adjusted the setting on the shower head to.

Hotel was located right for us and clean and bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was barely adequate.

the coffee was less than luke warm during the breakfast in one container and the other was empty. I asked staff from the back if there was more coffee brewed, but it was not ready. The shower in the room was slippery when wet.

Bed was soft but had a hole in the middle.

Rooms were clean, Bed was comfortable, and the continental breakfast was good. Check-in went pretty smooth.

Walls between romms are a little thin, could hear families when talking loudly in the hall or the room next door.

We asked for two blankets but they only had one. For the whole hotel you only had ONE extra blanket?? There were only three bath towels in a room for four. And the only reason we booked it was for the pool. And it was broken and not available! Ugh.

Room very dirty wife cleaned whole room yellow urine in tub hair on toilet and floor couldn't deadbolt door room smelled like wet dog stains on sheet not up to holiday inn standards never will return

The bed and the shower.. amazing ! The staff were very friendly greeting us every time in and out, asking how about our evening events.

The hotel itself was located in a great location ( right next to mall), lots of dining areas and a movie theater (AMC) located in the mall area, plenty of stores to shop at. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The beds were so comfortable.

I really loved ¿¿ this hotel! Nothing negative to add! Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, variety of food at breakfast ( which by the way was nice and hot) it¿s all positive ( no negative vibes here!)

No, everything was fine and the room was very nice and very clean.

bought non refundable room for 1 night. my husband needed CT scan at Tampa General. He has Pulmonary Fibrosis. He is testing so he can be put on double lung transplant list. 3 days prior he went to hospital with pneumonia. Hotel refused to move date.

It was near some great shopping and restaurants. It was secluded and quiet for the most part.

The carpet in the hallway near the lobby area need replacing bad, it is held together with black tape.

Customer Services, breakfast & cleanliness of room was great!

Room 110 by door I do not recommend placing anyone in there due to the doors continue to open & close loudly. Wasn't able to get sleep due to noise of the doors.

The only positive thing was breakfast. One of the things that me and my family looks forward to at all Holiday Inn Express hotels.

The staff was unenthusiastic and they didn't have any rooms available even though I called to say that I was checking in later. I had to wait until after midnight. Dirty carpet in the halls and rooms. And my bathroom had roaches in it and a dirty toilet.
