My cats liked the couch. The employees were nice to me.

They double charged me and it took a long time to get fixed.

Nice place on a side road to walk my dog felt safe

The door exiting outside beside the pool never locked. The breakfast was just OK. Not wonderful.

Room is right next to the elevator and extremely noisy. Thankful hotel was not busy or it would have been terrible with the elevator noise.

Small pool, no towels, not a lot to complain about. Keep up the good job!

The staff was fabulous! Our room was kept immaculate and all needs were always taken care of promptly throughout the week.

There was hair all over the sheets and shower wall so it wasn?t thoroughly cleaned. Also the toilet wasn?t working and breakfast could have been better.

This hotel failed in almost every category. It was damp and musty in the room and I could not adjust the thermostat to rectify the problem. There were dogs whining in an adjacent room and a child was squealing for an extended period of time. Rate too high

We got a fantastic price! Also, hot buffet breakfast was really nice. Huge fan of pet-friendly room at no additional charge

I was sad about no late check out and no housekeeping during our stay (Christmas)

Little out dated but not awful, and we paid $--- for 1 night, all fees included, price was definitely good for the area!

The elevator floor was wet and slippery a lot from kids/people dripping wet from the pool.

I loved everything about our stay

The pool was yucky but that?s because there was a leak. They did have someone out to fix it. So they were on top of the problem.

There was quite a lot of hair in the room that wasn't ours. In places like under the throw pillows on the sofa, behind the bathroom door.
