The bed was AWFUL. It made my back so sore. I couldn't wait to get back home. Unfortunately I took to Oxycodone the night before check out and I couldn't drive home in that condition. So I stayed an extra day

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, close to restaurants. Great location.

No refrigerator in the room- I was told if I had asked for on they would have brought one up. My bad.

It smelled clean. Location for where I needed to be. The most friendly staff during the continental breakfast.

My room key did not work consistently. I had to get it reset 3 times in 2 days. I noticed red dots on my leg after the first 2 night of sleeping. Bed bites are questionable.

The hotel was beautiful! Exceptionally clean. Staff was helpful and very kind. We will definitely recommend this hotel and return in the near future.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, even for my dog.

Small thing but would have been great to have a mini fridge in the room.

A comfortable area to relax other than the Lobby or Guest Room. As a traveler, meeting other travelers and business professionals is one of my favorite parts of the experience

A/C Struggled to keep room cool. Could be the excessive heat and being on a higher floor.

I have stayed once before and it is a nice hotel in a great location. Clean large rooms and excellent staff. Breakfast was great too.

The ac was not working very well and our room was very hot ¿¿. Parking late I. The evening was nonexistent.

Food was great! Rooms were clean and quiet!

Entry doors locked 24 hours/day-inconvenient when checking in. A large hotel, so it was quite crowded over the holidays. No clean towels in pool area (overflowing with used towels). When we requested towels, they gave us some, but didn't bother to refill.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with outstanding customer service!

Dog smell in room and bar of soap in shower from previous guest--otherwise outstanding in every way! Would stay again.
