Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Bradenton

This hotel has the worst customer service. The manager who checked us in had a terrible attitude; as soon as we arrived, he informed us that our reservation was for a room with two beds, but the hotel was full.

Location

The elevator was not working for our entire 2 day trip. We had a 4th floor room. We had to carry all of our bags up and down four flights. They were all booked so could not change our room. The breakfast was basically nothing. There is no pool.

Location plenty of convenient stores n restaurants.

The Breakfast is poor , coffee is not good at all .

Everything. The room is great, the bed is comfortable. The TV is a nice LG. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. The location is great. Everything you could want in walking distance if you feel like it.

Pillows were small

Location - next to Wawa, Walmart, restaurants. Clean - everything was spotless and you can tell that they work hard to keep the property looking new since it opened this year Quiet - even being on a main road I had a great night's rest Design

One small thing - water pressure could be better but not a deal breaker

They double charged me after booking.com did and refuse to pay me back. Roaches in the bathroom (video proof) all and all the worst experience in general

So I travel really a lot and never leave bad reviews. But, if you want to stay in Bradenton and have appointments to attend, do choose a different hotel. The front desk staff is very impolite bordering on rude. We were trying to check-in early, they told us it’s impossible, so we came back around 2:40 and waited. Then they gave us a room with one bed for four persons and the manager told me “but lady, you have only booked one bed” (my booking clearly said I booked a room with two queen beds.) Then they were talking and I interupted them thinking they asked me and Steven (the front desk guy) was behaving like he is disgusted, letting us feel how fed up he is with us. There was a mistake in their system somehow, but instead of giving us room and solving it later they let us wait another half an hour, serving others before us, because it clearly is what you do to people who look to check-in early because they have events to attend. Steven even paced the front desk room and said, he has to walk away (otherwise he says something). So if you don’t want to deal with people who are full of themselves and do not understand that they work in hospitality and if you have things to attend and want to be on-time, do not stay there. After we’ve complained again, they miracolously produced key cards from an available room that they clearly did not want to give us before.

We were there for 3 days with no television and was told when we first checked in that we will get a discount because we had no cable but when we left we were told that we can get a discount I thought that was unprofessional we did not get a discount

The room was spacious

Nobody cleaned my room the entire time I was there. (5 days)

It is a fairly new facility

Not a great breakfast, the phone in the room didn’t work. There was no instructions for the amenities or directions for nearby locations to eat, shop or enjoy. We couldn’t figure out how to work the TV. Didn’t know there wouldn’t be a hairdryer in the room as most hotels provide and no instructions on how to obtain one. We asked the front desk and they did have them available. No mirrors in the room except the one in the bathroom.

It was nice area, great location and has many stores and restaurants around it.

There were a lot of people just walking around the hotel.

Only grab and go breakfast, even coffee ended when breakfast ended. (I'm used to having coffee available all day). And I had no coffee pot in room.( realized later I could request a coffee pot, utensils. Etc But wasn'tade aware on check in.

The price is reasonable and the fridge was full size.

There was human hair all over the bathroom, the tp was horrible, no coffee after like 9 am, breakfast isn't really breakfast it's junky food that's grab and go. The walls are thin, the location is okay, but really loud... they hold a deposit and don't tell you until check in and it's been days since we've checked out and still haven't gotten it back. They claim they release it the same day, BUT it only took 2 days for IHG hotels to go back to my account so it's definitely not on my side... no crib for babies so if you're traveling make sure to bring something or you'll be cosleeping with a newborn like we had to. I'll never again go there...

Great location. Many stores around to grab necessities.

Fitness center had no cleaning products ?. Shower curtain was stained and dirty. If you provide kitchen, should provide basic kitchen items without having to ask for it.
