Very clean
We reserved a hotel with pool but when we arrived the pool was out service.
Comfortable bed and quiet!! Did not see any bugs like mentioned in other reviews.
New, clean, spacious bath
Small amount of black in one corner of shower, towel fixture came out of wall, smaller plain pool, a bit overpriced
the desk associate, he is great the hotel needs many more employees like home the other employees were not as nice or helpful.
the bugs we had cockroaches in our room and the room was dirty smelled like a dog and there was hair on the shower door the floor and the bedspread.
Location
First, I noticed 1 ant in the shower. The next day, I put my plate of food on the table and left if for 10 minutes. When I took the cover off to eat it, there were 2 or 3 dozen ants all over my food.
Location
No dressers or drawers. Too expensive. No chairs for comfort
The location being close to I-75 was great to go to the Ellenton Outlets. Also, the breakfast was fairly good and the bed was very comfortable.
No, everything was good.
We were extremely happy and pleasantly surprised with our entire experience at Tru by Hilton in Bradenton. The staff was extremely pleasant and eager to help with any needs. The breakfast was one of t he best we've experienced at any other hotel.
No everything was beyond great!!
