Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bradenton East-Lakewood Ranch By IHG

Wonderful front desk staff! Hotel is very clean. Great breakfast!

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and nice breakfast

Close to highway, walmart, and some restaurants and stores. Cleanliness of room. Hot breakfast. Gym. And friendliness of all employees.

Temperature in hallways and elevators were warm.

They are in the process of doing a major upgrade. Great job, looks nice. Front desk manager... he was very helpful & polite.

The only I'd like to see is less turkey sausage and more pork sausage for breakfast. Their sausage gravy is the absolute best.

It was under massive reconstruction. The entire outside including parking lot was a mess. The 1st floor was literally a shell of cement. They only had 1 person working the front desk. The phones were ringing off the so it took him forever to check me in.

Location

Hotel was undergoing renovations and I was not made aware of this at the time of booking. I should not have paid so much for this room. The lobby floor was torn up and our luggage and shoes were kicking up the construction debris.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned every day along with the bed being made, very grateful. Housekeeping was excellent.

The bathroom was a little cramped. The bedroom needed better air ventilation. The air in the room seemed musty and stale each day when I returned from work.

It was quiet and safe. The room was big

The food was ok. Wished there were healthier items

The ease of finding the place. Greeting when entering. Quick service. Helpful information about the traffic with regards to my next stop.

Nope -all good. That doesn't happen often!

Convenient, quiet

Very few ADA bathrooms. Toilets are standard, not comfort height or handicap height. There was not a full handicapped room to transfer to (we were in a hearing impaired room). As far as the clerk knew, that was the standard for all of the other rooms.

amazing, friendly staff. Neat and welcoming lobby free of plastic shields and silly stickers on the floor showing 6' measurements-so done with that nonsense. room was clean with nice furniture. Very quiet, peaceful location.

nope. It was all good.

Hotel staff was very welcoming on arrival and helpful throughout stay. Room was a good size and very clean. There was a decent variety for breakfast and the food was good. My grandson loved the pool. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was good for me. One of the best hotel beds ever. Excellent breakfast included but should not be advertised as being free. The cost of the room was such that they probably had a good amount figured in for breakfast.

The cost/value ratio is way out of line. Had to go ask for a roll of TP so I wouldn't run out. No coffee cups for the in room coffee maker. Overall the room was very good but lacking attention to the details.

We booked a handicap accessible room, which we did not get. We got a beautiful suite. Fortunately my husband had his scooter; the room was a distance from the Elevator. We accommodated the change. It was a nice stay. Best oatmeal ever at breakfast!

Run down property. It needs to be remodeled. Trash in the packing lot everyday. Cobwebs in the stairwell and under the weights, a plastic cup. Conditioner dispenser was almost empty. I was not impressed at all.

It was nice the room had an odor but I needed wifi and it didn't have wifi that weekend unlucky me so work for me was horrible school for my other was miserable and no tablets for the kids made my experience miserable ....the breakfast was incredible

Yeah...no internet and there should have been a discount

It was close enough to Sarasota to be affordable. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly desk staff. Great comprehensive breakfast with a lot of options.

Internet was out during stay. On very busy high traffic road. Room was quiet in spite of traffic.

Tastefully decorated lobby. Friendly staff. Quiet. Nice view of pond and natural setting outside our beautiful upgraded room 201. Liked seeing the laundry opportunity. The breakfast room was inviting with a good variety of breakfast items.

Location, breakfast bar, size of room

had a bit of a problem with the toilet

Good breakfast. Every staff interaction was perfect. Big, Clean room and bathroom. Just 45 minutes to 3 airports and great beaches, close to interstate
