Pros +

Beautiful water views Location Beach Access Beach access to Lover's Key State Park
Location!!! I loved the private beach and the excellent view from the balcony of the unit. The staff very nice and cooperative It¿s an old building but very nice decorated
The view was fantastic

Cons -

Dirty Apartment CONSTRUCTION
There are two units of air conditioning and the one on the living room didn¿t cool off, not until the next day came a gentleman to try to fix it, it was better, but still didn¿t cool off enough The mattress on the sofa very uncomfortable to sleep in it
The condo was very small. One guest specifically was very inconsiderate to the other guest on the private beach by blurring his music when we were trying to relax.

The room was dated and not what was advertised on the website. The majority of the the room detail and the picture on the website were of the hotel next door!
