Very attentive front desk personnel. Called about arrival time. Confirmations sent via emails and great communication. Overall a very positive experience . . . will definitely return!

We got the room so I could get ready for our wedding day, and a honeymoon night the staff was amazing the room was beautiful very well cleaned highly recommend this hotel.

Can say nothing bad at all, awesome please to stay.

We always love staying here! The staff is always so nice with helping us out. Our room is always clean and well stocked as well. We also love how quiet it is here

The furniture is very old and beat up. chairs were rocky. I debated as to whether we wanted to be there because I expected better.The view was of the parking lot . I expected more of a kitchenette set up and you had to unplug something to plug in something else in . Coffee selection was poor

No elevator to 2nd floor

The room was very spacious and clean ! The staff was informative and very nice.

The hotel is located at the very beginning of the island and very remote. You have to drive to restaurants, beaches, etc. In the summer the town is a ghost town.

Very poor lighting in exterior hallways. Looks sketchy at night.

The bed was infested with bed bugs. It took me some time to realize the source of the bites, but by the third night, there was no doubt. The lady at the front desk insisted it was just mosquitoes, but she was wrong. I have a PhD in biology, and I can say with certainty that mosquito bites and bed bug bites are markedly different in pattern, appearance, and reaction, though it's not necessary to go into all the details.

Location was everything!

Lack of amenities. Simple room. Outdated, but understandable with location and history. Poorly lit walkways. Paper cups that dissolved. Tub had large patch inside it. Poorly patched at that. Get what you need before going to the island. Limited access to food and drinks for the room sent us off the island to find a grocery store. Have to pay toll each time you leave and return.

Basically everything was amazing! Location was perfect! Rooms were clean and well stocked!

A rare gem. Everything was great! Staff is A1! Hard to beat for the geographical location and price! Short drive to multiple beach accesses! Clean pool! Extremely clean room!

Clean, friendly and great location for my purpose. No elevator made it harder to get luggage to room. We could have stayed on the 1st floor however chose the second, preferring more lighting. Overall, loved it

Lack of ease to get to 2nd floor. But not a game changer. We will be back

The mattress on the beds was awful; hence we didn't sleep well and ended up with backaches.
