Very small bathroom and the towels were very small

Everything! Location was great, beach and pool were beautiful, roomwas sparkling clean and tge staff was wonderful! I waa meeting old friends and as requested, they put me one room away from my friend. She was there with her mom.

Mold. We called it mold-tel. The room overwhelmingly smelled of mold.

No facial tissue, broken light in kitchen, security issue- no working lock on sliding door to beach 1st floor, hotel does not adhere to business hours posted, no way to contact office from phone in room, plumbing issues, no cleaning or new towels

This was my second stay at Belleair and will not be my last. Great location! Spacious and comfortable room. Nice pool, easy access to the beach, and friendly staff. I absolutely love staying here.

The rooms are old and outdated. No one cleans rooms so our beds were full of sand the whole time

I loved the location. Very private and relaxing place to stay. I plan to revisit with family.

Some maintenance is needed around the property.

It was right on the beach! A private beach!! We walked out of our room and literally 1 minute later we were on the beach! The pool was about 10 SECONDS from our room. We felt very comfortable there!

The location was terrific! Right on the beach, conveniently located between Largo and all the activities at Clearwater Beach. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Was not much of an issue, but visitors need to be aware that the office isn't open 24 hours and they don't have an emergency contact number. Would be bad if you lost your room key, which I thought I had.

I mistakenly only registered for 1 night when I actually needed 2. Hotel employee at Belleair Beach Resort corrected it for me and got me in the same room for a second night at the same price. Appreciated her help.

Water on bathroom floor due to leaking toilet. They offered to move me to another room, but I did not want to re-pack. Bucket under the leak and extra towels got me through my stay no problem.

The location can not be beat...directly on a pretty much private beach. The overall price was excellent considering the location.

The old AC unit is very loud but it does work. The bed sheets do not have elastic on the corners and would not stay on the bed. Room was very tight and small. Pack light.

Rooms were very dated for that kind of pricing, TVs were ancient all the little things not attended to and office locked until at least 9 AM If they would spend a $ --- K and take a class in customer service they would have a much, much better

It was right on the beach...no big crowds, mainly the resort guests!!

Too expensive for that old of a hotel. Screen door and sliding glass door did not close tight or easily or lock at all. Common areas dirty.

It is tucked in between million dollar homes. It has its own private beach on the Gulf of Mexico
