- Room was very accommodating and upto date.
- Friendly gentleman at check-in and location for my purpose in town.

- Elevator stopped working and no water pressure for about an hour.
- Someone had clearly smoked in the room before I arrived. The front desk came and sprayed, but it still wasn;t a pleasant smell.
- The hotel knowingly had no hot water for several days prior to our check in yet they took our money and did not make us aware of the issue. Could not take a shower during my stay.
