- Overall convenience, location and value are decent. Staff is awesome and not even fussy on check out time, free laundry is a plus. Windows open.
- The front desk clerk was one of the most amenable, friendly, and accommodating ive ever seen. She gladly checked us in early and changed our room to handicap accessible, bc I booked it wrong, no extra charge. The room was clean and large. I'll be back
- This hotel was overbooked. I was sent across the street to the Holiday Inn Express.
Cons -
- Last year was a more spotless experience. This year, I had roaches in the first room I was in, but it was fine once I moved to another room. The annoying automatic fan in the bathroom is a pest.
- Could have p had a larger selection in their cupboard
- I still havent received my refund for incidentals over 2 weeks ago
