- My room stunk like some awful air freshener that smelled like a cheap, flowery perfume. After an hour my nose and eyes were irritated. I asked to check a different room, and it stunk too so I realized it was their products.
- - we stayed at 3 hotels and this was the dirtiest: poor detailing, gross stain on the floor, drab interior -directed us to the parking garage even though there are places to park on the street nearby - poor no sound insulation so very loud
- The front desk was uncooperative and angry and not at all helpful. We were charged $20 to park in a garage owned by the Courtyard Merriott but there were no people working there and 2 local people in town said no-one pays to park there, it is free!
