The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is well maintained, clean, bright and comfortable.

The pool was not heated. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was an indoor pool but it was cold so we could not enjoy it.

I had a very nice and comfortable stay at the Hampton Inn. The only thing I would do is to improve the breakfast with a better quality of food being served. The orange juice was good and coffee, but the other offerings were a little bit disappointing.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good - my 6 year old granddaughter loved the make your own waffles. The lobby and eating area were nicely decorated and welcoming. Will stay here again.

Saw a bedbug, switched rooms, saw two more bugs in the second room. Will not be staying here again.

Very quite and the rooms where very clean and they followed covid restrictions to make sure everyone was safe.

All services were available. Comfort of room. Pleasantness of lobby. Ample parking. Easy check-in.

Behavior of guests: some not wearing face covering or wearing it improperly. One also knocked on my room door at 6 a.m., discovering after I opened up and peered out that he had the wrong room.

Location: Shopping & restaurants in very close proximity. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

Locks main doors after 11pm. Was clean but a few stray hairs in the tub. Breakfast was decent. Waffles were the best. Staff was friendly. For the price (peak summer) I would find something else.

Room smelled musty and bathroom was small. Not much room on sink countertop. Also better when toilet has door which is separate from sink and shower so two people can use bathroom at the same time. Could use more seating for breakfast. Air blowing

Staff was really friendly / helpful.

We got a handicap accessible room. Not a big deal but didn't like the shower - water all over the bathroom floor.

Did not like the fact that I was double charged a pet fee.
