- it is clean and reasonably priced.
- It was a very nice property, the room was great and the pricing was good.

Cons -
- We were on the first floor and a couple with a young boy were staying in the room above us. Apparently this boy ran and jumped in their room from 8pm until 12am. Nothing but thump, thump, and boom! This went on for 2 nights in a row. Very, very, annoying!
- Nothing! It was great!
- I was in room 205. I am not sure if it had a fan in the bathroom but if it did it was not working.
