- The room was clean. Friendly staff at check in. On site included parking is great. We were able to leave our car in the lot after check out so we could spend the day at the beach without moving the car. The location was perfect just blocks to the beach.

- The only thing within the control of the owner/manager would be the quality of the air conditioning unit. It runs loudly and even with the fan on the lowest setting is still loud. Not a deal breaker but a quiet unit would be welcome.
