- The blankets were filthy. The top blanket had handprint size spot that looked like dried blood. The flat sheet had a spot that looked like grease from pizza. A balled up pair of socks was left under the heater. Crack in the shower. Have photos if needed.
- I clicked out of the app and then back in to book it and it changed my dates. The lady at the desk, did not care and I didn?t get the room the day I needed it.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming (gave me a bag of dog treats for my 4 dogs) the pet fee was only 75.00 for all 4 dogs so I was able to spend Christmas with them (two are sick and elderly so it may be our last Christmas! ) So appreciate you all!
