- The location, the housekeeping and maintenance staff. The fact that the hotel was clean despite it being pet friendly. The coffee area needed some help however, it was very sparse.

- The other guests were mostly homeless people and vagrants.

- The woman that is at the Front Desk day shift was not accommodating. She seems as if she does not like her job or does not want to be there. She is not helpful or friendly to your guests. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were awesome. Room was old.
