Well designed rooms and common areas. Loved the hooks on the walls in the room, open access of small appliances, quilt weight, shades and block out blinds, great room service, good breakfast food variety so one is not eating the same thing every day.

Lobby deodorizer was so strong it was offensive. I held my breath when walking. Also, the oatmeal was overly watery, so that it was like eating liquid glue.

The hot breakfast was very good for a hotel of this type. More than adequate menu. The room was immaculate and thoughtfully designed for a smaller sized room. The TV was very large clear. The large window and window shades were perfect. ZERO complaints.

Hotel employee at the reception was extremely helpful! Breakfast was clean and good options. The location is about 30min from the Bethany beach and easy access and parking. Rooms very clean.

I was greeted (by name) as I walked in the door, which definitely surprised me. Apparently there was only one other female registered, ha ha. I loved that she gave me specific directions to my room. I wish I had gotten her name - she rates a 10!

The flow of the shower was not particularly good, but workable. There was a smell of cig smoke in the hallway when I left (if I stayed longer, it might have affected me in my room - probably should have reported it, but I was checking out.

Affordable and clean. Great location. Tesla destination charger. Ground coffee on demand. Simple hot grab and go breakfast.

The rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Location was good also. It was a nice stay there for my daughter and I.

It was clean and did not smell like smoke or weed like many places do nowadays.

Did not get to try breakfast because it did not start early enough so maybe have that a little earlier.

That god awful smell of some cleaning and/or disinfecting product. For those of us with allergies and/or pulmonary issues, its the worst. It was used years ago in the carpets. No more carpets so its not necessary. Find something better.

It was a no frills hotel. This was perfect for a couple days vacation. It was close to several beaches. Price was good. Staff was friendly. Water was hot in shower all the time. I would stay here again

pet friendly hotel. dog was barking near our room. Very small pool. fine for us because it was not busy days we were there but it would not accomodate a large crowd. Breakfast good but no tongs for bagels or muffins peoples hands all over.

I like the room window blinds which makes the room dark for good sleeping. It is a new hotel and very clean

Check-in did not go smoothly but was quickly corrected by staff. It required 10 minutes.

It was just OK. It was clean and modern, but very basic. The location wasn't great, but we knew that up front.

The breakfast was VERY weak. The big thing is that the TV was defective; ten minutes after turning it off, it turned itself back on. We finally had to unplug it to get some sleep.

It was the cheapest option on a holiday weekend.

Wifi was unavailable, breakfast is seriously lacking and the staff are pretty disinterested in anything. I probably won't book this hotel or chain again.

This hotel was clean, modern, and well equipped. Great Tesla EV Destination chargers with a camera overlooking the area. Snacks food and other things were available and the selection was large.

The breakfast sandwiches were pre-made and so if you have dairy allergy, gluten allergy, and aren't able to eat pork the hot options are a no-go here. The front desk did their best to accommodate, for us.

Room was clean. Coffee was great. Breakfast had a nice variety of Hot and cold items. Hot Breakfast sandwiches were delicious.

Would have liked a second chair in room for reading, but we managed with the cushioned stool compartment.

The staff was helpful and attentive, the rooms were very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and there were beverages available 24/7 in the lobby. I would recommend staying here.

New and clean. The room is small, but it has everything you need and nothing you don't.

Grab n go breakfasts.... If you happened to be right there when the worker brought them out, you did ok. If you weren't, might not get a sandwich.
