- The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere and felt safe in the neighborhood to do so.

- I have never encountered friendlier Staff. Hotel employee were constantly offering to help us. Hotel employee was super-sweet & helpful with info and just making us laugh and feel like we had known her for years - always spoke to us by first name.
Cons -
- The staff for uninformed on local, state and federal laws regarding service animals. They were extremely rude.
- The volume on the tv's in the bar were so low you couldn't hear them during the Innaugration, when the bar was packed solid.
- All but one staff member was super friendly. I did not get her name, but one person (young lady with long hair) evening shift was pretty rude.
