- The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. My room did not have a mini fridge by default but they brought one up at my request. They also quickly fixed an issue with my key not working.
- Right around the corner from Cap 1 Arena, where I was working.
- Great service. Great location. Great value.

- While the hotel was clean, it smelled strongly of industrial cleaning products.

- The bathroom did not have a bathtub, no refrigerator, no countertop in the bathroom to place our personal items on. Also, one of our family had a rat in the room and had to move to another room.
