Pros +
- front desk is amazing, she’s helpful, friendly, and welcoming, I’ll definitely stay there again because of her.
- Nothing it was absolutely disgusting
- Customer service, fresh hot breakfast, friendliness of staff.
Cons -
- I don’t like that I couldn’t check in early before check in time, unless I pay a fee that’s ridiculous.
- It smelled really bad, air quality was terrible felt very muggy and damp the fridges didn’t work ac is turned off before even getting in the rooms and elevators shake back and forth like they are going to break
- The price was a bit high, and I didn't like paying the incidental fees, although they were returned. It was a surprise ot have to pay additional monies upon arrival , after paying for the hotel online. I was not aware of this fee, until I got to there.
