- The bed and pillows, also the pool and gardens.
- The staff were great. Everyone greeted you with a hello.

Cons -
- The valets in front of hotel were too aggressive, probably to get a tip for parking car.I was harassed by 3 times to give them my keys while I checked - ridiculous because plenty of room in front of hotel, and didn't want any STRANGER in my car.
- The hotel does not stock soap in the rooms anymore. You have prepay a facility fee which gives a credit in the lounge for food/drink. But I could not get service in the lounge 2 nights in a row due to not enough staff and overcrowding.
