- The hotel is placed in a good location and it had a full kitchen which was great for us to save on eating out.
- Location of the hotel was awesome for our needs. I also appreciated the security aspect. Couldn't get anywhere without key access
- Location was great for what we needed. Less than 10 minute walk to Metro. Everything in hotel was explained well and the room was very spacious and convenient.
Cons -
- AC was so noisy we couldn't use it.Sofa bed was so uncomfortable that we placed the mattress on the floor.Sewer went back up and filled our sinks with sewage and they did not fix it or find us a new room.The staff were very unfriendly and did not care
- The spare sheets for.the foldout bed had dried blood on them. Both remotes for both TVs had dead batteries. We asked for a towel after 4 days of stay and were told there was none until the next day. Kitchen only partially stocked
