Days Inn by Wyndham Alexandria South

The people in the room next door had a huge loud fight in the middle of the night. I called the front desk to complain and they said they'd send the security guard around, but it didn't appear that anybody came (although later the police showed up).

I love that the cleaning staff does a great job. I love the rooms with the hard floors.

Not a fan of the AC with no thermostat. Just hi or low fan and hi or low cool. Always running(noisy)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I requested an additional pillow which was provided.

The bed sucked. It was soft. And the comforter was dirty.

I like the key card and housekeeping and breakfast.

Room was filthy and I mean filthy. We were charged a $75 dollar holding fee which we weren't warned about. The hotel is 8 minutes drive outside of Old Town Alexandria and is not in a nice part of town.

I love the fridge. Got lucky and got one with a freezer. And microwave.

The bathroom is terribly small. The toilet paper roll was over my leg and my legs touched the wall and tub. Pillows are not good but I bring my own.

The staff was an assortment of middle eastern mafiosa women, mad with power. I was forced to put them in check on two seperate occasions.

The cockroaches. We saw eight cockoaches during our 3 nights stay.

Some of the men staying at the hotel slept with the door open and you can see them and then natural habitat if you understand what I'm saying

The elevator didn't work I'm old I have bad knees it was very painful checking into my room carrying my luggage up the steps... My roommates sheets were filthy dirty and disgusting he immediately ripped them off the.. very dirty not cleaned since Trump

Staff on Wednesday sep 11 in the morning was so rude like very rude i was late only a few minutes for checkout and she was telling me oh I?m gonna charge you I?m gonna charge you

Nothing was good about this hotel

The front desk manager was a complete dickhead. When I walked in I said Hello and he said nothing as he looked me up and down. I paid two $--- fees for a night stay that I had prepaid online. When I showed him where I had prepaid he became hostile

Guest service staff is friendly and professional.

ADA conveniences require updating, especially sidewalks and bathroom usage.

Small bathroom, older hotel. Breakfast was okay not much to choose from. First night lots of noise at 2 am.

My room was infested with insects, a couple of roaches. Staff on check in did orient me the amenities like location of ice machine, where to get breakfast, laundry . So I have bites that are itchy and swollen. I have not gotten a call for the manager yet.

I liked that the hotel was close enough to restaurants and other stores. I like that this hotel had free breakfast, probably one of the best free breakfasts I¿ve had in a while. They had a wide range of choices.

I didn¿t like that there were bugs in the hotel room itself, there was also a permanent stain on our sheets. Upon arrival, we decided to not address it, because we were only going to be there for a few nights anyway.
