    Pros +

    • some staff were nice
    • The location
    • Location

    Cons -

    • small, dirty, dingy room, stained carpet, ended up with hives and rashes when we left, no parking, no microwave, fridge too small, pool did not open on time, one of the worst hotel stays of our life
    • The rooms smelled like mildew and the sheets felt moist and there was no ice in the iec machine
    • The $200 hold on a credit card is absurd. It's beyond clear they have a problem with people smoking weed in the hotel because the elevator, hallways, and rooms reek of it. This, however, does not mean everyone should have to endure a $200 "room hold".

They are always friendly and the hotel is quiet and calm

At times the rooms on the first floor smell musty

    8KellyPosted on: 4-17-2025

The hotel is spotless! Super clean

Pink hair- the front desk refused to check us in, was filthy- face was dirty, nails were disgusting, and attitude to match. She us not what should be the face of the hotel.

    The area

The cleanliness of the lobby and the hotel rooms and some people smoking weed in the back of the hotel

    10FranchescaPosted on: 3-24-2025

The location, the staff, the beautiful layout of the property itself.

    LOVED IT!!!

    10FranchescaPosted on: 3-21-2025

AMAZING STAFF!!! They are kind, polite and generous to EVERYONE, even when the customer is wrong. That is VERY RARE these days! It is like a home away from home inside and out. Welcoming and beautiful for the price.

I would've given a 10 for the cleanliness if there was a certified AAFA (Asthma Allergy Foundation of America), cover on the bedding. It controls dust-mites, bed-bugs, ect. Also no carpeting in the rooms. Just my COPD/asthma/allergy preference.

Comfortable room, accepted service dog, great staff

Entrance nearest to my room was unusable. Minor inconvenience, could be big safety problem if there was a fire.

It was close to the event I was attending

The previous guest or something clogged the tub, it flooded above my ankles and wound not drain, they did fix it quickly

The lobby was nice and inviting

The hotel room had a stale smell of smoke, carpet needs shampoo. The shower curtain was building mildew at the bottom. We had to go to the front desk to pick up our own towels/toiletries and that housekeeping serviced the rooms every 4 days.

It was comfortable, situated conveniently, and was a great price.

The bathroom was pretty bare-bones. It wasn?t great lighting near the sink/bath area.

    8JeromePosted on: 11-9-2024

It was clean. They offered a nice breakfast and the staff was pleasant

The bed was not good. It dipped in the middle. Room 217.

    Location, and setup

Was not able to regulate temp in room. Turn down service unavailable. Slow service in lobby and dining g area with bar.

    3JennaPosted on: 10-6-2024

We liked the convenience of the hotel's location. The pool and hot tub were also nice amenities we enjoyed.

Most rooms in the hotel have a musty, mold smell that is very strong and unpleasant. We were not able to stay in the room for long before the smell was too much, especially for someone who suffers with a mold allergy.

    9BarrettPosted on: 9-30-2024

It was quiet and the staff was friendly

The floors in my room were filthy

    10MarkPosted on: 8-6-2024

The location. Alot of amenities near the hotel.

White woman's hair in the shower. No microwave in the room.

    3ShengfengPosted on: 7-22-2024

The hotel is at a convenient location for visiting the north part of DC.

The room is outdated with old carpet. The bathtub and shower suck. Filled with people that smoke and drink. At 1:30am, there were still people talking loudly in the hallway and parking lot. Some guy even wanted to break into our friend's room.

    10MariahPosted on: 6-11-2024

It had a pool and the area was quiet .

I wish it had a free complimentary hot breakfast.

    8CarolinaPosted on: 6-11-2024

We confirmed 2 rooms but hotel didn?t assigned rooms together or near to one another. They said that they didn?t know that. Also, the microwave at the lobby was always dirty
