- Brand new hotel with modern interior design
- I loved the staffs energy and willingness to accommodate me. The room was absolutely beautiful! The walkin shower was perfect. The mini bar was perfect.
- Very beautiful hotel.
Cons -
- I did not like that my windows were facing an apartment complex. I didn't think to ask about a microwave or refrigerator so neither was provided. The New Years event instructions were not clear. More should have been included with the price.
- There's a $100 hold per night booked that was sent known prior to booking. Also there's a mandatory $55 parking fee per night that within disclosed prior to booking as period being blindsided by these things almost caused me to cancel my stay
- NOT AS ADVERTISED. paid extra for a corner room. When you advertise a corner room you advertise a view of 2 different directions of the building. This room was next to the amtrak train tracks. that is all you saw out the window. train platform and tracks.
