Location and shuttle and staff

I loved how close this hotel is located to the airport.

The room needed a thorough cleaning. There was debris all over the floors. Sticky stuff on desk. The bed squeaked with any movement. Lighting iwas terribly dim. If I hadn’t checked in so late at night, I would asked for another room or stayed elsewhere.

We didn't even have a fridge or a microwave in the room and it was $--- for three nights. The sheets were very dirty when we arrived also. Not worth the money. I've had more amenities at cheaper hotels.

Location, good bar/restaurant, good staff

The hotel is showing its age. The heater was noisy, the draining shower overhead was noisy, the bed and pillows weren’t great, there was a huge amount of dust and stuff between the wall and head of the bed and housekeeping never showed up.

Pleasant staff

The mattress pad on the bed had a big Urine stain on it. The staff immediately changed all my linen.

Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff

The AC unit made a ton of noise. Needs to be fixed

When we stayed the internet and phone system went down.

My daughter and I had a special girl's night getaway planned. We loved the staff and the pool! We felt safe and taken care of :)

This hotel was conveniently located next to the airport. And had several fast food restaurants nearby. And it?s right next to the highway.

This hotel doesn?t present itself as a Doubletree Hotel. The elevators didn?t work. The hotel bathroom was so small you couldn?t shut the door to the bathroom. They didn?t give you any extra towels. The bed was very low and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Shuttle service to the airport that operates 24 hours a day

We expected that the hotel would provide a free breakfast which should have been included in the price paid for the hotel room

No draft beer at bar. really? Menu choices of pre made type crap fast food off the Sysco truck at restaurant. Shower body wash container completely empty when I needed it. Management here needs a field trip to Reading PA to learn how to run a Double Tree.

Improvements in parking lot and limited parking. Blocked spaces did not interfere with work being done

Great staff, good location near the airport, restaurants nearby.

Our room had a nonfunctioning, shower and telephone. We were able to request to move to a different room.

The size of the tv

Half of the electric outlets in my room didn't work. Should of had a microwave in the room for the price. Should of had more movie channels. The fort room we stayed in a couple.days earlier was much larger. The second time this room was smaller

I liked the location, price was pretty good. The restaurant food was good, atmosphere was pleasant.

The room I was first put in was disappointing. The rug was very dirty, it had many visable particles on it. I opened the bed covers, which had hair inside, and a hole in the sheets. There was also a distinct odor I noticed upon entering the room. I called
