- Unfortunately the floor that I stayed on had suffered from a leak and the walls were torn out and the rugs covered with plastic.There was no ups access port to charge devices
- The young lady at the front desk in the evening was really rude. I'd called while I was out to ask if change was available to use the laundry facility and I was assured yes. I was even told that there was laundry detergent that I could purchase. So I go downstairs with my cash after returning to get coins because we had an event in about an hour and a half. Well the lady at the desk tells me that she can't give me change because I had a $50. I even offered to take $30 in rolls of quarters. She still refused. She told me that my only option was to use their ATM which charged fees. Our point of going to the bank and getting cash prior to our trip was to avoid unnecessary fees during the holidays. I had to go back upstairs get my card go back down, go to the ATM and then get change from her. She wasn't pleasant nor empathetic.Another incident we thought we'd purchased the breakfast option so we came down to eat since it was snowing and we are from out of town. The hotel was pretty much empty and the guy asked for a ticket or proof for breakfast. We went to the desk they said we didn't pay the extra so we decided to just go out to breakfast. As we're leaving the guy was saying to us that he cooks better than IHOP etc etc. We never said anything about IHOP and at that point we just thought it was better for us to eat out. Just kind of weird.

They lost our reservation and the woman at the front desk was beyond rude to us when I tried to show her our confirmation from the company we booked through and she expressed that she couldn’t help us at all. She didn’t try to help us in any way and ultimately because we got the room at a discount she then said we would have to rent a room at their prices for the weekend and when I tried to tell her that we paid for the night months ago she told us again to take it up with that company we booked through she didn’t look at our confirmation she didn’t look at anything I tried to show her. You would think being in hospitality business you would try to be more helpful especially when that family was with an entire villeyball team who was also staying at the hotel!
