The young lady at the front desk with the gold tip locs was amazing! I see her every week, and she always goes above and beyond for me.

The hallways were not clean. We were there for 3 days & 2 nights. There was a vacuum near the elevators and there was trash along the hallway.? never vacuumed. We were disappointed that this hotel was somewhat unkept for the entire weekend.

Room was clean but the bathroom needed an upgrade the tub was peeling paint and the drain was rusty.

I was given a room that was already occupied and it took an hour to find a room that was available and clean.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean

There were no extra pillows in the closet. We asked the front desk and they said that housekeeping had gone home for the day. No big deal, but not "above and beyond" service by any means.

The breakfast was really good. Staff really nice. Clean hotel! My son loved the pool

They tried to charge me for parking when I checked in. I told them that I had never been charged for parking before when I stayed there and they immediately said they would remove it.

Requested housekeeping never happened and had to go to the desk 3 times to received additional linens

Great location. Friendly staff. Nicely appointed complimentary supplies. Good breakfast. Comfortable room.

Carpeting in hallway needed to be vacuumed and restreched. Carpet was baggy, not tawt to walls. Feared to be a tripping hazard.

Bedding unclean in first room provided and appeared to have bed bugs. Was given a different room on different floor. New room had wet blanket. Had also reserved 2 queen beds and was told such rooms were not available Very loud highway noises.

The staff was very kind and went above and beyond to solve an issue that we had with our room. The amenities were great. The environment and room were very clean and attractive.

Twice, there was a leak from a room above us and the staff immediately addressed the issue. They fixed it and CREDITED us one night. I did not see this reflected on my card. Will you please review this and credit my card? Thanks

I love this hotel always stay in when I have to travel to Connecticut, clean employe at the desk are a plus excellent.morming hot breakfast it's a plus, I would recommend anyone at all time this Hotel .
