Absolutely nothong

Room was smelly and dirty. App photos were fake. From the outside it looked like a cheap hideaway for criminals. Did not stay for the 2 nights i was booked for. Checked in and checked out immediately

We had no towels, girl at desk was rude, room was not properly cleaned, was put in a handicap room

Nothing probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The check in lady was rude. The room was falling apart and held together with duct tape in many places. The door has definitely been beat in many times. And junkies everywhere!

Do not stay here. Its that bad. Definitely not worst the price. Its a scary place.

Nothing I like about going to that place for the first in my life especially with my daughter!

It was dirty just everything abs everywhere, pillow cases had bud wings on it, the sheets had cigarette holes in them. Toilet needed to be clean and had roaches. The micro was not working and dirty .

There was no towels sheets blank toilet paper soap nothing room Wasn’t clean I’m So upset and disappointed and I was sick so I didn’t say anything smh

Online said spa bath but I received a room without so I feel like I paid extra for a regular room.

Filthy, continental breakfast was a brown bag with an apple, bar and a piece of pastry. No coffee or tea.…the place is falling apart.

No microwave.the app shows microwave there was none.no breakfast either.something to be look in to it

Absolutely nothing at all did not even stay the night had to leave. It was absolutely terrible.

If you like staying in a garbage can, then this is your place other than that stay away bugs everywhere falling apart, feeling the dressers have no knobs on them. The dresser was being held up by a piece of wood. The towels were dirty. Stinks

TV did not work or the AC, was run down and people upstairs extremly noisy all night. Not safe.

They did not provide a towel and soup. They advertised continental breakfast but did not provide any. The hotel was dirty and shabby. My room smelled bad.

The price of the room

There were no towels in the room. Went to the desk to ask for towels the person at the desk said he could not give me towels. Had to wait until the next morning to get towels. There were no handles on the dresser. Worst room that I ever had.

The entrance to room you had to fight with it went 1 whole night without remote staff knew and the bathroom light did not turn on

I recently stayed at the Econo Lodge in West Haven and was extremely disappointed with the experience.

Although we booked a non-smoking room, the entire place smelled of cigarette smoke. The advertised continental breakfast was nonexistent ? not even coffee was available.

Old but well maintained. Clean. Friendly

Nothing. This place is a roach motel!

This hotel is beyond filthy! No handles on the dressers and nightstands. Blood on the mattress.walls we're chipping. Dead bugs squished on wall. Bathroom was filthy. No towels at all and 4 people came in the office during checkin for towels.

The tv didn?t work however the night staff did change the batteries to the remote control and still nothing the room had barely any heat and I was told I didn?t know what I was doing and that?s why it didn?t work lol the same heat/ac units everywhere

Old outdated Trash everywhere Broken doors and fixtures Common area dirty No towels or washcloths No comforter No phone in room

It was dirty very disgusting. There was mold I. The bathroom no towels either The employee that helped me was very rude he was on the phone entire time seemed like he did not like my presence

It was close to a lot of shopping

Besides the blood splatter on the sheets and mattress? Or the garbage in the walkway, kids smoking, the smell of marijuana, building falling apart, dirty bathroom walls, rude front counter staff and no continental breakfast like advertised?
