Quality Inn Plainfield I-395

Location was good but that’s it. Not worth the savings compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel advertised a full hot breakfast online. They did not have that. The hotel & my room were damp & very musty smelling. The floor in my room was grimy. It had a film on it that made you feel like you might slip. Overall the place was run down.

Nothing at all staff were rude we had a couple over us fighting all day &night

The heater was loud. Breakfast was not as I expected. Very limited options. The bathroom fan was not working and the switch was completely broken for it. This room was not worth the price. It was acceptable for one night. Worth about $--- not ---

Couldn’t take a shower before I had to leave for work. Water scolding hot. No movement in temperature. Had to wash in the sink as a sponge bath. Couldn’t wash hair. So upsetting.

No bottled water in the room you have to go in first floor to get in the bubbler. Checking out it took 15 minutes when someone showed up. The food are only basic not considered continental breakfast. Front desk people keep on checking what we eat.

The hotel is not heated, the halls were so cold my hair froze after taking a cold shower because there was no hot water in my room. The towels were stained, the room smelled musty and there were holes in the bathroom wall. The tub moved underneath my feet

I hated it-

It stunk like mold- I couldnt breathe- the owner was open mouthed eating a sandwich when she greeted me and was rude- loudly eating while I was checking in- I almost puked!

Although it is not updated, it was very clean and comfortable. That is all I needed for my stay. The staff is great!

Front desk staff was amazing. The hotel is really dirty with lots of shady people hanging out. I think someone was selling drugs put of the hotel.

Very convenient location - right off the I-395 highway. Older hotel but updated. Ample parking. Grocery store, liquor store, gas station, fast food, etc. close by. Helpful front desk staff.

I did not like the remote control for the TV. It was not the original remote but a generic one. It did not have an Input button so I could not switch to HDMI input without borrowing a remote from the front desk to do that and then return the remote.

Since were on an extended stay we generated enough trash that needed to be emptied daily. Had to ask for this to be tended to. Also could have had fresh towels more often. Had to ask for room to be cleaned. Not checked daily

Our room was immaculate and smelled fresh ...this was our 3rd stay

We saw and killed a cockroach in the bathroom our second night

Friendly staff

Pool was not in service. Breakfast was sparse and not very good. Carpet flooded at the bottom of a stairwell. Second night in the hotel, the neighboring room said they had a cockroach in their room. They threatened us when we asked them to quiet down

nothing , the staff changed from my last visit , and they did nothing but run up my credit card on charges they said choice hotels can charge , 330 dollars or more , I had to get the police involved

the management , the help smoking crack in the parking lot , the overcharges on my credit card , after confronting them wed night thurs morning seeing the help smoking crack in their car before work I went to check out and they refuse to check me out

Light switch in room had a sticker that said not to touch-almost turned off the wrong switch a couple times and worried what would happen if I or a child did! Toilet was small and unstable. Light switch in bathroom was completely painted with cheap paint.

Location!

I stayed in room 105 and the room above was occ by a family with a dog or kids running around all night. We hardly had any extended period of sleep. We chose not to call security. It would be a good idea to have guests with pets stay on the first floor.

The smell in the room....smelled like smoke ans it was a non-smoking room....bed was very hard to lay in

Very clean, run by very nice people. The room was clean and spacious. King size bed was the most comfortable that I had ever experienced in a hotel!

The hotel charged me USD 2.50 without my authorization. Their reason was, Choice Hotel International hotels start charging UDS 2.50 starting the pandemic, as a service charge, which is not true. Besides, TV didn't even work for whole hotel and no info.

This hotel is very clean and the staff was great!

If you don't have transportation, it is very costly to get a taxi and rideshare services are not available.
