The room was not clean. Windows were filthy. No hair dryer, microwave, or coffee. No smoke detector (wires in wall). Multiple patches on wall (seems to be in renovation mode?) No plastic cups for water/teeth brushing. Water is grey. Staff was fine.

The refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. Dirty socks left in the window, between the screen and the glass. Extra safety lock on the door did not properly stay locked Reported to staff and nothing was done. Had to remain in the same room
