- Absolutely nothing, They clean the room every 8 days so we were told. The continental breakfast was disappointing and the manager was the worst of all. Please do not patronize this hotel because you will be deeply disappointed.
- Staff was very nice, room was spacious and clean.

Cons -
- The shower was filthy. The soap holder had soap scum build up. The shower floor was so dirty I had to put a towel down to stand on. The drawers in the kitchenette were dirty and there were bits of food or something in them.
- It was filthy and the manager at Norwalk was extremely disrespectful and rude. We had to ask for towels everyday we were there. I will stay clear of any hotel called extended stay America.
- The other guests are very loud at all hours and there were tons of them in front, smoking right outside the front door.
