Pros +
- Nice size rooms
- Staff was great, beds were extremely comfortable.
- We walked into the room, and there was a gigantic Jacuzzi! What an amazing amenity. And they give free lattes, not just free coffee in the morning
Cons -
- The room was filthy. There was hair all over the mattress protector, a toenail on the side of the bed, stains on the chair, etc. I had much higher expectations for a 3.5 star hotel. Would NOT recommend, and will never stay here again.
- Customer service and communication horrible. Amenity fee charged was ridiculous, nothing provided. Had to go to front desk and request towels and toilet paper. Was then told housekeeping must be requested.
