The large rooms and enclosed closets.
The location and the room setup
People were friendly. Location is great. Beds are comfortable.

Cons -

The cleanliness had to do with who cleaned the room. I could tell it was a different cleaner the second day because it was actually clean. When I first arrived I had to clean. The rooms you can clearly hear people in the hall, not next door.
Room service was not as attentive when cleaning the room. They provided stuff one day and skipped small stuff the next. However despite this it was still a good time.
Expectations were high. Booking a luxury hotel brings luxury expectations. Nadeau ate bath amenities for 2 people staying 2 nights. No cleaning services or fresh towels supplied. Morning coffee and muffin in lobby itemized and charged to room.
