The hotel is 1 mile from the Downtown Mystic, the Seaport Museum and Pequotsepos Nature Center. Foxwoods Resort Casino is 15 minute drive from the hotel and Mohegan Sun Casino is a 25-minute drive from the hotel. Guests staying at the Mystic at the Aquarium Hilton can start the day with breakfast from the on-site restaurant, the IRONS Restaurant and Bar. Cons -
- The Bed was broken sagging all the way down, our backs were hurting for days. They had kids running and screaming all over up & down halls, lobby etc. I understand they must rent it out for parties but you need to honor your guests that paid as well!
- I stay two days and they did clean the room and I ask for more towels and I didn?t get them
- front desk person was unprofessional, inexperienced, confused, unhappy, rude
