- Staff was very friendly and helpful- particularly the chap who was in charge of breakfast and the desk clerk.
- location was great nice stay a little noisy until 11 pm love the room

- The room did not look as remodeled. The room floors were dirty and a sticky area in kitchenette, counters had crumbs, the door was visibly filthy from a possibly larger dog, the tub was dingy, dirty near the drain, the toilet was slow to drain when flushed. Maintenance did attend the toilet. The housekeeper was rude when we thought she was responding in the hallway to our maintenance call, when my husband asked her if she was coming over with the plunger. Made management aware of this. Response, concern was less than average.
