Comfort Inn Griswold

I appreciated that the management read my last review and actually acted on it! I was greeted by name when I arrived at check in and the front desk staff were much more personable. This was my 3rd stay in a month.

You have got to step up breakfast. Frozen omelets are just as easy as dry scrambled eggs everyday. Just sayin

The pool open until midnight. The best pillows and sheets, the breakfast not excellent but not bad just ok. 20 min for each casino.

The toilet so small and The lights on the bathroom so yellow no good for makeup.

I loved the jacuzzi in my room.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. The first morning the scrambled eggs were hard and crusty. The selection of hot food was minimal. I expected better because the reviews raved about their wonderful breakfasts!

Great staff, very helpful. Very beautiful hotel! Exceptional cleanliness! Great breakfast! Great location!

The bed

The TV only had 1 channel and the pool is way too warm

Clean quiet ,amazing staff, so kind and friendly made our 35th anniversary amazing

No it was great

Exceeded expectations, went above and beyond to look for a missing item, which we later found at home.

Not at all. Great place, clean, friendly anf definitely better than I had expected

Clean rooms, heated pool and great hot tub.

Stay here! Excellent hotel! Excellent location! Clean and Very friendly staff. Breakfast and pool were great amenities.

Clean. Nothing fancy but good value

Mushy pillows

Nice, clean, quiet

No place to hang towels! This is apparently a corporate decision to not put towel hangers & racks in the bathroom. Same experience in a Comfort Inn in Maryland couple months ago. Really stupid decision.

Price was perfect. It was clean - the rug didn't have that sticky feeling that some hotels have. It was a couple minute drive to Mohegan. I was pleasantly suprised.

breakfast was all cold items. I have a gluten allergy so gluten free bagels or boiled eggs would have been good.

quick on and off from highway, centrally located and great room

The pool and jacuzzi area was amazing! Staff was friendly.

Frozen items were given for "hot breakfast" which was disappointing. Elevator was broken when we arrived but luckily there weren't man steps.

The lady checking us in was wonderful. Nice and clean hotel.

The free breakfast was a little on the skimpy side. I was hoping for a banana or fresh fruit.

Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. pool is open until midnight which is great. Also had a hot tub to relax in.

Breakfast was a little too be desired. Wales stuck in maker. Not many choices to eat.

Clean rooms, great pool area. It was in perfect spot close to everything yet peaceful.

Beautiful room , excellent price.

The hotel was under construction. The hot tub was closed. I do not consider this a fault , every effort was made to make sure our reservation was comfortable.

The jacuzzi!!The coffee was very good!

The room had a musty smell!

Friendly Staff, good location, nice pool and Sauna.

Coffee maker in room not working and had to ask for coffee at Breakfast to be refilled.
