Very clean and comfortable and breakfast is exceptional.

The staff was good except for the person on the breakfast detail. He could not explain the differences between a la carte and buffet. The front desk and bartenders were fantastic as was the other ladies at breakfast

EVERYTHING !!! & prices were reasonable! First of all, this wasn’t a pleasure trip . The heating unit in my house stopped working & we needed a place to keep warm - what was an emergency stay turned out to be a little bit of a holiday- this is the only hotel in the area that had a back up generator - which was VERY important to us.It’s beautifully designed. Designed for comfort, functionality & elegance . It even had shower with a water massager — shower did not leak , — everything was immaculate ! The room had a lovely fragrance when we walked in - not stuffy or smelling of smoke. All appliances worked & were immaculate — seemed NEW! It’s very close to stores & roads/ highway -84. And modern & cozy at the same time . The staff , always ready and on hand to help and make your stay better ! During the storm they opened up the kitchen so everyone could get a hot bite to eat - and called you on the phone ( phone in room ) to let you know. They helped with cars that had been piled on with snow - as a senior I especially appreciated this!!!The Exercise room is beautiful with new & up to date equipment - and even a place to fill your bottle up with water . All in all , would stay again and again !!!

This is a suggestion , they should have firm & medium soft mattresses and firmer pillows as well as plushy pillows — other than that , everything was wonderful!
