It was very clean and quiet, excellent place to relax or work without distractions

Breakfast was decent, but they could do a little better

The bed was very comfortable and the lil lounge they have saved the night

The hotel was very good.

The staff were unhelpful. The housekeeping staff entered the room to clean before I had checked out, and the person at the front desk was very arrogant.

It was clean and well lit.

It wasn’t easy to find someone at the front desk. They were very friendly and helpful once I found someone.

Quiet, clean

I went for breakfast at 630am. Breakfast left a lot to be desired compared to Best Western, Holiday Inn and Suites, Townplace, and others ar which I stay frequently..(1) extremely limiited selection or alternatives for main entrees, (2) availability of items limited - sausage tray was empty, coffee was empty, no fruit to speak of (3) no dairy items like yogurt, (4) fruit selection was limited and old, (5) the employees supposedly attending the breakfast area could not be found.

Facility was clean, quiet, and a great value.

The arrangement of the suite was quite useful for my needs, with USB ports and power available and reasonably convenient. Kitchenette was nice. Bed was comfortable and plenty large, in a good-sized bedroom. Breakfast had a good array of foods, and provided a valuable resource in the morning.

The breakfast, although diverse and a reasonable approach, tended to also be cooked by overworked amateurs and maintained in a cold, boring, sometimes not there fashion. The bed was comfortable, but needed more blankets, and I don't like having to try to find the staff to get them. The coffee was bad, but I expect hotel coffee to be bad. I didn't have enough supplies for an extended stay (four days), but again, I don't want to chase down staff to try to get them. Internet was extremely slow, and spotty. Water pressure was very low for a comfortable shower.

The staff was kind.

This is the second time we have stayed here and this is also the second time we have rented the Suite 2 room. This is the second time that we have opened up the pullout couch to let my son sleep on it and there has been mouse poop on the bed. Last time they were able to transfer us to another suite and it was clean and we stayed in it this time they had to give us two rooms. Usually would be great, but my 17 year-old son had to stay in a room by himself. I’m sure he did not mind but we were very unhappy with the situation.

My son Chase married the love of his life in Eckley. I catered the event and spent days preparing for 200 people. The full kitchen of the king suite was perfect for planning shopping with dishes, pots and pans at my disposal! I have been in the hospitality industry for my career and spent a lot of time in hotels. This place exceeded my expectations with the most professional staff, spotless rooms and common areas.

The coffee is too weak. I would’ve liked another option like a darker roast.

Easy to find.

We were put in a room went to make out the hide a bed. There was mouse poop everywhere. We complained to the front office. They were great on switching us rooms quickly. Explain they had a mouse problem in that room. Not sure why we were ever put in there then if they had other rooms. Went to the other room there was soap slime in the shower and then there was lipstick all over one of the pillows.

Location was perfect for us to visit with family and we would still be able to take our walks in the evening on the dirt road by the Inn. You could easily walk across the street from the Inn and walk in the park, if you prefer not to traverse the dirt road. The service was friendly and very pleasant to visit with. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was excellent. We rented the suite with a kitchenette because our son has Celiac disease, I make his food to take with us when we went to eat. It was very nice and I loved the convenience of having a full size refrigerator with an actual freezer department. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we visit family.

It was a pain to get the TV to work every time I wanted to watch it I would have to unplug it plug it back in so it could reset that really should be fixed

No elevator to the second floor. Leak in seal of toilet causing water to come out onto the floor.

They did have great coffee with good sized cups available. The room was very clean!

Breakfast could've been a bit more substantial.
