Hyatt Place Westminster Denver

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. All requests were met and exceeded our expectation.

I would have preferred a hot tub. However, I knew there was not one when I booked.

It was quiet. Breakfast and exercise room was good.

That they allowed dogs.

This hotel is located in the suburb of Denver with lots of free parking space and restaurants nearby. The area is clean and safe and one can reach Denver city within 10-15 minutes of driving. The hotel amenities are sufficient and great breakfast.

The hotel didn't have a full service restaurant nor a whirlpool.

I stood at this hotel for a few months as if it see my home. However, I left owing an amount of $72.00 I immediately called in within a month of leaving my stay as I was very thankful and greatful! I called in talked to the night manager and paid balance.

In full I cured that billing/account. Upon reservations Hyatt Place immediately canceled my request stating I had two days unpaid, which I find not true. I pain in full. Staff stated I wasn¿t allowed to reserve a stay. As I walk away upset. Not knowing w

Clean Room. Comfortable beds.

Showers could use a little more pressure.

Having a comfortable king bed, desk to work at, AND a seating area. Having a coffee maker, mini fridge AND a microwave was nice and convenient. Updated clean bathroom. The cutest breakfast area that makes you feel at home AND the food was actually good.

The towels didn¿t have a fresh/clean scent but I imagine it¿s because less people are traveling and staying at hotels and so they may have been sitting awhile after being washed.

This hotel was horrible and I am actually disputing g your charges with my bank. Random charges appeard there room was filthyukethe supervisor was a complete jersey. MY account literally has 12 charges. In and out credit charge me again thank got I screen

very clean. staff very friendly and professional. complimentary coffee and tea was much appreciated. Liked that they have some restaurant food.

breakfast was sub-par. (sausage, blueberry muffins) Did like having the bagels.

It had a great location and friendly staff. I also liked the outdoor walkways out back. The room we had a great view of the fountain out front. The shopping and the food across the street was easy and convenient.

Nice public areas. Solid breakfast, including hot items. The breakfast area was kept well stocked & clean. Indoor pool, but had an adjacent outdoor area to sit out.

This hotel was easy to find, and checking in was simple and fast. The room was clean and looked exactly as pictured.

There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

The staff was the best I have ever had at a large hotel.

They are companion animal friendly, witch was fine. Some of the guests let their dogs run around the lobby not on leashes, and into the dinning areas. One of my guests had to check out because of this. There was poop on the patio that a worker cleaned up

The service was very good and the people were friendly. The room and hotel it self was spotless.

No television for 3 days. Free breakfast was very extremely limited. The worst free breakfast that we ever had. Example only one cup of coffee and it wasn't even the largest cup they had. Could not even get a small juice with it. Pastry was very small.

Staff was excellent and always helpful no matter the time. Pool was surprisingly and pleasantly warm especially for October.

There was no hot tub in the pool area.
