Hampton Inn Denver-Northwest/Westminster

On the morning of our departure, the wi-fi system did not recognize us as guests. The clerk at the front desk did not help in us getting a connection.

Nice beds

No internet ,no TV, bathroom light out, staff was rude

I did not like this hotel

Yes. Staff was not helpful. Consistently on their phones - had to beg them for towels that never showed up. Rooms never got cleaned, had to run down THREE times for toilet paper and finally got it the third time.

The smell of the room was terrible. The coffee was awful.

We didn’t get the room we reserved they over booked. They put us on ground floor and we had 5 centerpiede crawling that we killed we told front office they had no bug spray. They sprayed r room the next day . We got back to our room late and it smelled .

The general manager is completely incompetent. I pre-paid for my hotel room, but I was also charged on my credit card (so double charged) and it took 3 weeks for the lazy General Manager to refund me.

The staff was so personable, and the breakfast was great! The location was also super convenient.

The reservation says check out is 12pm, as does the room door. Front desk staff says nothing about it, but check out is 11am. Called my room at 11:15 to say I would be charged for late checkout.

Breakfast was very good

Service was horrible and staff was not accommodating at all. Our room was cleaned one time during our stay. When we requested it to be cleaned front desk staff indicated that they were short handed and could not do anything. I want stay at this property

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. She understood that we felt unsafe staying there.

Being on the first floor was very convenient. Close to everything.

Room was a bit dirty in corners and behind dresser. The area around the Whirlpool was dirty. Breakfast was good first day. They were out of eggs and sausage the next day.

This was by far the worst Hampton I stayed in. It does not meet my expectations of the brand. The room had trash from previous guest so it wasn¿t clean properly. It needs an upgrade. The room looked run down. Like I said nothing at the hotel said Hampton

The pool hours are excellent, closing at midnight. The free breakfast is excellent, as is the free coffee.

The hot tub needs to be repaired.

Stayed 3 days & the location was perfect for our needs. The staff (both desk & breakfast) was welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed & appreciated the daily breakfast.

Some housekeeping issues. Which I was told they were short staff and I understand compleatly. I am no way holding that against the Hotel they were amazing the breakfast attendant was so friendly and helpfull I love that atmosphere
