- I have stayed at this hotel many times and this time the televisions did not work and I had no hot water the final day. The outside pool and hot tubs were only warm and the large heated pool was cold.
- It?s the hotel where Elways Restaurant is located.
- location close to everything in Vail village and hiking trails on the mountain, gondola for skiing in the winter
Cons -
- The toilet was basically non-functioning. Had to call staff in the middle of the night to ?unplug? it. Still had the same issues the next day. Disappointed that no remedy was offered.
- Yes - the pool bar closed at 4PM on a busy Sunday afternoon of Memorial day weekend
- Bugs in bathroom (room on 1st floor, so maybe that is why?). Bathroom vanity mirror light broken. Cracks in floor and shower of bathroom. Bathroom door loud. Thin walls and could hear everyone outside room. Poor view of parking lot.
