- Location, nice space. Beautifully landscaped. Free shuttle service. Valet guys at grand hyatt were on the ball. Gessner staff was great.
Cons -
- The residence was missing basic items like laundry detergent and most basic spices in kitchen.
- No laundry detergent, broken hairdryer, bedroom got really warm at night. No a/c. Interactions with the front desk/check didnt go very well. Unfriendly & unhelpful. Still waiting after 5 days for my portfolio to be emailed as promised by the front desk.
