- Location is close to Vail village
- We had to stay there on Easter unexpectedly and my kids were thrilled to see the Easter Bunny, I was so happy they even got an egg hunt. Your staff is amazing and we all loved our time staying there. There is so much stuff to do and I loved having the shuttle to the Lionshead to ski for the day.
- Fitness center. Hot tub was large and great!
Cons -
- Well, when I went to check out, they ran my card again and said it was declined, even though I purchased the room online before I showed up. Then I provided another form of payment, and was charged on that card too, so right now I have two pending charges for the same room/night for $460 on my credit card and $454.14 on my debit card. I am not sure how to get this fixed so that brought me here.
- Pool wasn't open. It isn't ideal to walk across the parking lot to play pool, work out etc...
- There is a blinking red light on all the smoke detectors in every room made it hard to sleep. Power went out for a few hours around 8. Hot tubs & playgrounds were closed, which was really super disappointing. Jetted Tub jets REALLY dirty.

Perfect amount of space for a really enjoyable stay. Beds were comfy, and everything was updated and so beautiful. Nicer than our house!
